It's a chance for me to learn how you move, and for you to learn something new about yourself.

    From there, we'll build a personalized approach designed to support your goals while keeping movement enjoyable, empowering, and fun.

    At Vincent & Vienna, we use movement to better understand you as a whole, allowing us to observe, guide, and refine your experience in a way that helps you come home to yourself rather than perform for others.

    We use dance, cardio, calisthenics, mobility and flexibility training to create opportunities for growth that extends far beyond the session itself by integrating what you experience in life with what you experience in your body. We believe life's most meaningful lessons are learned when the mind and body work together.

    Through playful, but structured exploration you will uncover your strengths, deepen your self-understanding, and experience growth as a whole person—not just in thought, and not just in movement.
